ON August the 21st, we sent one of our liscensed plumbers *** *** to inspect a stain on a ceiling, We inspected in search of a water leakwe could not locate a leak caused by any plumbing in the attic, when Mr *** the technician explained to the homeowner that he could not locate
any leaks and explained if there was a leak it would be doing alot of damadgeTHe home owner began violently using the most vulgar language and intimidating Mr***Mr *** called me personally, because of the intimidation and the vulgarity the home owner was usingBecause of the homeowners explosive temperament I felt it was best for the technician to leave the premisesMy company absorbed the cost of going to the home and investigating this so called leak.In question Mr *** concerning the damage to the ceiling Mr *** said the homeowner stormed into the attic with no shoes on and possibly cracked the sheet rockI Am going to quote part of a text message we we received from the home owner "Do I really need to purchase a dollar crimp tool and roll my fat in the attic to fix it" We were out there on a Monday and the following Wednesday at 5:PM he sent us pictures of a very obvious cracked ceilingnow the home owner in his own words claims another contractor was out at the jobIn speaking to the Homeowner he told me that there were rodents in the attic and a rodent put a pin hole in the pex piping, I have seen a lot of water damage done caused by rodents in pex and other types of potable water systems the homeowner claimed to me that a rodent bit a tiny hole in the pex tubingIf this where a true statement the sheet rock would be coming downIn speaking with Mr *** and being respectful of his need I realized I was dealing an irrational person, and very respectfully terminated our conversation. On a personal note I am originally from New Jersey the homeowner has accused me and my company of coming down to Texas to take advantage of our costumers This I resent I have over years of plumbing experience and have done over 50,Jobs since the beginning of my business in I have been licensed with the TX state board of plumbing examiners for over yearsIn my total career ive had a total of complaints filed with the state boardand in each case I was not at fault in my dealing with costumers.Thank you for your time and considerationIn letting me respond to this vile slander

Before we attempted to do any work on the toilet, we noticed a small hairline crack on the left sideWe immediately showed the homeowner the crackWe also notified the warranty company that we were doing the work for before we did any workThe homeowner told us he did not like the toilet and
wanted the warranty company to provide him with a new oneHowever, the crack was not causing the leak, so I did not feel I could tell the warranty company that it was, even though I would make more money to install a new toilet***Affordable Plus Plumbing

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory although I never received a follinspection Somehow he was able to get a passing permit from the City of Pflugerville. Despite the resolution my rating is the same
Regards,
*** ***

permit was purchased, all work was done according to the plumbing codeHome owner missed first appointment with the inspector, the extra money she paid was to bring water heater up to code which the warranty company would not coverI notified the city of Pflugerville, 2/24/and inspection did
passI will be sending home owner a copy of the passed inspection report

We stand by our wordThe crack was there before we did any work on the toiletIf we caused the crack by working on it, the warranty company would simply have replaced the toilet and we would have made more money on the jobHowever, we did fix the leak at the toiletWe were honest with the homeowner and the warranty companyBoth licensed plumbers on the job were there when the homeowner was showed the crack, and both of them heard the homeowner say that he did not like the height of the toilet and that if it was replaced, he wanted a shorter one

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: There was no crack before they started the work (as evidence by photo taken before the plumber got there, and testimony statement by housekeeper that cleaned the toilet before the plumbers got there), and the crack continued to get bigger as they did work on the toilet. Raul (the owner) never told the plumber he did not like the toiletHe did ask whether it would be replace because of the crack caused by the plumber

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: As all negative Affordable complaints are handled by the business it's always the same "It's not my Fault"...."It's everyone else's Fault" Chk out the Yelp and google reviewsThe reviews don't lieBut the business owner of Affordable does

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have an eye witness, independent of Raul and I( the home owners), and independent  of the plumbers that vouch that the toilet did not have a crack in it before the plumbers negligence caused damaged to our toilet.  And the home warranty says cracks are not covered by the home warranty policy. However, this crack was caused by the negligence of the plumbers and the plumbers need to do the right thing and replace our toilet with a toilet that does not have a crack in it.  Please see the attach evidence from an eye witness.
