We have been working with Mrs*** 1st party of the beef and the 2nd party that had their beef processed with usWhen we were contacted by the 1st party we have tried many times to explain the return of meat on a whole carcass butcher,and

We have tried unsuccessfully to get this business to make this right with myself and Mr*** who bought the other half of this cowWe personally ask for the liver and didn't get it Mr*** didn't either so when my husband ask about it he was told by *** that she didn't know she would have to check it out and let us knowThat never happenedWe were finally told by Mr*** that the cow had a diseased liverReally?? So why weren't we told this in the first place which now makes me wonder are we consuming bad beef? I personally know the man that sold us this cowBad liver ?? I believe this company kept both mine and Mr*** choice cuts of meat to put in their store to sellWe were cheated plain and simpleI called this business and ask them to call me back and never got a call backThey monitor their calls so if it's your phone number it goes to voice mailCall from another number and they pick right upFunny business if you ask meThe part that makes me the maddest is that we paid this company to process a beef that WE paid for and got less meat from this butcher than ANY local butcher we have talked to about thisThis is the perfect business to rip honest hard working people off and nothing can be doneI won't ever use this place again and I'll make sure friends and family don't eitherMy husband and Mr*** are both Veterans and this is how we treat our Veterans?? We basically got hamburger from this cowIt's hanging weight was 532lbs we got about pounds of meat combined from this pound live beefWe ask for dog bones we got (two) about inches longGuess my side of the cow was defectedThis cow was not split in two like it should have beenMr*** got Porterhouse we got noneAgain my side defected*** was even told by this shop that maybe our cow was under developedThis cow was two years oldI think with all the shadiness that goes on here the DeptOf Health should look hard at this place and the Dept of AgricultureSeems to me their paperwork is not in order either because they could not answer our questions without checking with the butcherHow is that possible? Seemed to us like the part owner *** kept trying to thow the butcher under the busI researched this company and they were shut down over inhuman killing in Aug of I think someone needs took at them again because now they are skimming beef from their military customersAgain this company done nothing to make this right with us or Mr***

We have tried to resolve this matter by inviting both parties to observe the process of butchering and processing of a beefWe have attempted repeatedly to explain to both parties that the percentage of meat they received was right in line with what you would expect from a beef that sizeAs for the liver they didn't receive, I did tell them that I would have to check into why they didn't receive it because the butcher didn't note anything on the cut sheet about itWhen I checked with the butcher he told me that the liver had spots on it and it was discardedThat doesn't mean that the beef was bad just that the liver was (this can be caused by a beef grazing grass to close to the dirt or many other things)We still feel that the customers received all of their meat and we in no way cheated the customersAs far as the claim that we are out to treat Veterans badly I find that very hurtful considering my daughter is currently serving in the United States NavyWe are still open to educating the above parties to processing beef to help them understand what is available and what to expect when you take your meat home

This business never tried to honestly satisfy either myself nor Mr*** They offered us to watch the processingReally? That's not how you resolve a disputeWe both know we were cheated from this company plain and simpleThe business never really answered any of this complaint.we feel they skimmed meat off of us otherwise we would have gotten what we paid for and we didn'tThey never answered how one half of the beef had certain pieces of meat and the other did notIn a true business will of good faith they should have given us what we were shorted and did not plain and simpleIf you look at the type of beef we had processed there is absourly no way we could have gotten such a small amount of beef from this cowThis company ripped off theses two military veterans plain and simpleI would never use them againBuyer beware!!
