I am having my daughter fax what information I can send due to the financial sensitivity information of this complaint I have not been contacted by Mass Mutual but I will try calling [redacted] at [redacted] Once I fax the requested clarification to the Revdex.com, I would appreciate a copy of the letter from [redacted] sent to me for my review and records

I have had investment with metropolitan Life for the past years , recently I received a letter from Mass Financial Group stating that Metropolitan and Mass have merged and they said to call *** with any questions, I am a senior citizen and when I called this number I was on the phone for hours being transferred from one representative to another, no one could give me any information on my account thereThey can not find my account over the phone , however they send me letters with my account numbers on them, showing I do have an account with this company
