Revdex.com of Eastern ma [redacted] To whom it may concern,This memo is in response to the complaint # [redacted] On November 12th, Mass Imports Inc sold a [redacted] Xbearing vin number [redacted] to [redacted] in which passed inspection.The customer decided to have two separate repair shop verify the vehicle without our authorization Thevehicle was brought in for a repair and returned to customer Afterwards on December 4th her fatherdropped the vehicle to Mass Imports Inc and removed the plates and left the keys on the desk withoutsaying anything The vehicle was driven and miles from purchase, Mass Imports never refused anyrepair Instead Miss [redacted] decided to post on [redacted] and [redacted] all sorts of statements inwhich she tried to hurt our reputation in businessAlso several phone calls from her family members tothe business, in which we had to contact Brockton Police Department.On December 11th, Mass Imports Inc obtained a lawyer and there was a certified letter sent to herin order to try to resolve this matter and also remove all of her postings and also another letter on December23rd to reply to her claim If there is any way to resolve this matter we are willing to co-operative andalso re buy the vehicle in which our lawyer has already mentioned in the letter.Thanking you in advance, I remain.Yours truly [redacted] Office ManagerMASS IMPORTS INC [redacted]
