Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve the complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The reply from Mass Marketing Solutions was not responsive to the complaint and it was full of liesThe one thing it did establish is that they had offered me a money back guarantee This was actually unconditional, if I was not satisfiedThis is a lie: "The customer used our services and resources with the intention of requesting a refund." I really wanted their efforts to be a big success and provide me huge sales as they promised Instead, their emails have been earmarked by all the spam detectors and they are automatically deleted by the addressee's server, never reaching them They know this and are hiding it from their customers This is fraud I did not receive one sales lead that I can trace to their efforts, which supposedly included million emails Even the test emails I sent myself were blocked They may as well have been sending their emails to the moonFurthermore, my intention doesn't matter, because even if I had intended to request a refund all along, they are still obligated to provide one The amount of effort that they allegedly put in--which was actually very little--doesn't affect my entitlement to a refund under an unconditional money back guarantee.I was dissatisfied for several reasons, including their slow response to requests to create mailings, which did not meet their own standards of three days, and delayed my campaign beyond the effective dates twice Also their poor and unresponsive customer service. This is a lie: "He was told upfront that if he did not make his second payment for the plan, his plan would convert to a month to month plan at the regular retail price of $1,499." Not true Where is their written proof? This also doesn't matter, because we never even reached that point I canceled the agreement and demanded a refund before the second payment was due What difference would that make if it did? I demand the $refund.I expect the Arizona Revdex.com to advocate very effectively for me [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] ***

They take your money, provide little to no service and will not refund if you're not satisfied While they tell you it will take 3-business days that is NOT accurate It takes longer than that, and any request from their support department takes 3-business days, that's for each request That means if you want an ad created, 3-business days, make a change to the ad, another 3-business days, have them send the ad out, another 3-business days The service and response time is slow and spotty They have no phone customer service (smart move on their part) only Skype and Text Message Had I known I wouldn't have done business with them, they will tell you the $you paid them is only chump change to them Lesson learned, more research and I'll Google Maps the location next time

This customer is not entitled to a refundThe customer used our services and resources with the intention of requesting a refundHe was told upfront that if he did not make his second payment for the plan, his plan would convert to a month to month plan at the regular retail price of $1,We do
not expect him to pay us the remaining balance, and we do not owe this customer any refundsA lot of effort and time was put into his marketing campaigns for over a month and we have no intentions of doing it for free.We hope that this resolves any questions or concerns regarding our company

The reply from Mass Marketing Solutions was not responsive to the complaint and it was full of lies. The one thing it did establish is that they had offered me a money back guarantee.  This was actually unconditional, if I was not satisfied. This is a lie:  "The customer used our services and resources with the intention of requesting a refund."  I really wanted their efforts to be a big success and provide me huge sales as they promised.  Instead, their emails have been earmarked by all the spam detectors and they are automatically deleted by the addressee's server, never reaching them.  They know this and are hiding it from their customers.  This is fraud.   I did not receive one sales lead that I can trace to their efforts, which supposedly included 3 million emails.  Even the test emails I sent myself were blocked.  They may as well have been sending their emails to the moon. Furthermore, my intention doesn't matter, because even if I had intended to request a refund all along, they are still obligated to provide one.  The amount of effort that they allegedly put in--which was actually very little--doesn't affect my entitlement to a refund under an unconditional money back guarantee.I was dissatisfied for several reasons, including their slow response to requests to create mailings, which did not meet their own standards of three days, and delayed my campaign beyond the effective dates twice.  Also their poor and unresponsive customer service. This is a lie:  "He was told upfront that if he did not make his second payment for the plan, his plan would convert to a month to month plan at the regular retail price of $1,499."  Not true.  Where is their written proof? This also doesn't matter, because we never even reached that point.  I canceled the agreement and demanded a refund before the second payment was due.  What difference would that make if it did? I demand the $1198.00 refund.I expect the Arizona Revdex.com to advocate very effectively for me. [redacted]

We do not guarantee results or response. We do guarantee that the emails will be sent out through our server. This customer is not entitled to a refund, because their intention from the beginning was to defraud our company for our services.Although, he did not receive any sales, we did send a lot of traffic to the customers website. From that point, your website has to do what it was designed for - sell your products. I would definitely review the contents of your website, as it seems it has not been updated since the 1990's.Our satisfaction guarantee covers customers that we are unable to generate any traffic. A lot of traffic was generated for this customer. We do not work for free - nor do we intend to. I am sure that this customer abuses numerous services based our experience with him. We spent an entire month dealing with this customers ridiculous demands and expectations. He is selling a $3k item that scrambles your brain using electronic pulses. He claims that this device will make you happier. Let's face it - no one I know would sign up to get electric pulses into their head - and especially if the cost is $3K. For some reason this customer also thinks that 3 to 5 business days turnaround time means instant. This was explained to him over a dozen times. We are just glad this customers account has expired as we have rarely encountered such kookiness. This customer belittled our staff and was having us do extra favors for him knowing that he was going to request a refund. No refund will be issued regardless of collection efforts. The only thing we will offer this customer is a free month of service valued at $1,499.

They take your money, provide little to no service and will not refund if you're not satisfied. While they tell you it will take 3-5 business days that is NOT accurate. It takes longer than that, and any request from their support department takes 3-5 business days, that's for each request. That means if you want an ad created, 3-5 business days, make a change to the ad, another 3-5 business days, have them send the ad out, another 3-5 business days. The service and response time is slow and spotty. They have no phone customer service (smart move on their part) only Skype and Text Message. Had I known I wouldn't have done business with them, they will tell you the $500 you paid them is only chump change to them. Lesson learned, more research and I'll Google Maps the location next time.
