Review: I Mass Media for print advertising; it was never done. Claimed they were going to advertise on the back of menus in two local restaurants.Desired Settlement: Seeking full refund of $395 for services which were never rendered.

Review: Do Not do business with Mass Media or [redacted] At first he was non stop soliciting for a opportunity to do business, once you write him his check for $395.00 he is missing. I have left numerous messages with his answering service, which he refuses to return. Only one of my two ads were printed in poor quality, also missing important information. Unfortunately he has cashed my check and at this time I would like a full refund. I run a small business and every penny counts.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate the $395.00 refund and please don't ever solicite me or my store again.

Review: I was approached to advertise on placemats . This guy [redacted] was relentless for a few years to advertise. He finally offer in writing that if I didnt get $500 in business by the end of Feb 2015 I would get a full refund. I have been in business for 30 years and I know what works and doesnt work for me. So I figured I'd try it being that I had in writing a money back guarentee. I have called the phone number 5 days in a row only to find out its not an office...its an answering service for this Mass Media. This is a scam. I went to the local resturant and they dont even have placemats!!.Desired Settlement: full refund of $295.00 and stop this guy from scaming and ripping business off!

Review: [redacted] from Mass Media received a check from us in the amount of $395.00 He was to provide advertisement in a local diner ([redacted] Diner-placemats) and two local eateries on their take-out menus. After several weeks, I checked with the 3 places we discussed. One said they haven't been able to reach him to get placemats since no phone calls are returned by Mr. [redacted] One of the other places has not done business with Mr. [redacted] and Mass Media for almost a year, and the final place has not heard from Mr. [redacted] in several months. Mr. [redacted] cashed my check but has not provided the service he claimed that he would. On Friday, October 10th, Tuesday, October 14th, and Wednesday, October 15th, I left messages with Mass Media's answering service for Mr. [redacted] to call me back and I have not received a call back. On Wednesday evening, October 15th, I left a message on his home phone, and he has not called me back from that call either. During this voice mail, I explained that I had tried to call him several times and that I would like a refund of my $395.00 due to failure to provide service. Today is Thursday, October 30th, and I have not received one phone call from him, a letter, or a refund of my money. He simply cashed the check and has not provided the service that was paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $395.00 that was written in check form on September 24, 2014. I would also like this man stopped from any further fraud as he already has 3 or more complaints against him with the Revdex.com that have all gone unanswered.
