They are being very dishonest, and not keeping the agreement which was madeI'm NOW stuck with no glasses because my frame and the new lenses don't look like they promised and what I paid forThe lenses don't fit in the frame like they promised and look like the old ones, lenses higher than rim of frame and to me AREN"T safe to wear, and won't last as longI can't use the old lenses because they damaged themMaybe the lenses didn't come out as easy as they thought and got damagedIt's very upsetting that I have NO warranty or guarantee on my purchaseI have proof from many people what condition my glasses where in, especially for them being years oldHad they knew the correct coverage from [redacted] this issue wouldn't even be going onI questioned BEFORE I made this purchase and agreement, does the insurance cover any type of prescription sunglasses or like transition lenses, and the woman replied NOI can provide a reference # from [redacted] which states this isn't true, there are exceptions and [redacted] does cover something to protect the eyes from sunlightHad they given me the correct information I wouldn't have made a purchase and this issue would have been avoidedThis business isn't very professional and honestI can provide more information if neededThank You Regards, [redacted]

The customer requested new lenses be inserted into her 5-year old sunglasses frames to accommodate her new prescription. The glasses were packaged and shipped to our vendor to havethe new lenses inserted after which the new glasses and old lenses were returned to us in a
plastic bag. Neither party handling the glasses did anything intentionally or unintentionally to damage the oldlenses. The customer claims that the old lenses were pristine which is inaccurate as the polarized plastic laminate and mirror coating used on sunglasses deteriorates over time. Our intention is todeliver high quality service and product to our customers and we do not believe that we have caused any damage and will not reimburse the customer for the cost of 5-year old lenses

We had further conversation with our customer and have agreed to refund her the cost of her new sunglasses. We do not believe we caused any damage to thelenses the patient wanted replaced to accommodate her new prescription. We believe that the patient was unhappy with the new lenses in her old frames because of the change in the appearance of thelens caused by the change in the prescription strength of her new glasses. We are committed to delivering high quality service and goods to our patients and prefer to refund this patient the cost ofthe new glasses so that she can be satisfied with her glasses

I accept getting my money back and am thank-full for that. But they need to stop saying the lenses were damaged. I don't believe damage was intentional, accidents do happen but own up-to the accident. Or handle peoples personal property with care, like it was your own. Thank You

They are being very dishonest, and not keeping the agreement which was made. I'm NOW stuck with no glasses because my frame and the new lenses don't look like they promised and what I paid for. The lenses don't fit in the frame like they promised and look like the old ones, lenses higher than rim of frame and to me AREN"T safe to wear, and won't last as long. I can't use the old lenses because they damaged them. Maybe the lenses didn't come out as easy as they thought and got damaged. It's very upsetting that I have NO warranty or guarantee on my purchase. I have proof from many people what condition my glasses where in, especially for them being 9 years old. Had they knew the correct coverage from [redacted] this issue wouldn't even be going on. I questioned BEFORE I made this purchase and agreement, does the insurance cover any type of prescription sunglasses or like transition lenses, and the woman replied NO. I can provide a reference # from [redacted] which states this isn't true, there are exceptions and [redacted] does cover something to protect the eyes from sunlight. Had they given me the correct information I wouldn't have made a purchase and this issue would have been avoided. This business isn't very professional and honest. I can provide more information if needed. Thank You
