I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I called the night before to make an appointment for a massage. They could not communicate english, kept saying $40 for one hour. I have been driving by looking at their sign they post on street corner for about a year. I decided to give them a try. The business is nice looking inside and out. She asked me to pay the $40 upfront(bosses rules) which was unusual. I had a good 1hr massage, when I was leaving I asked again if they make appointments? Blank stare no response, then I gave her a $5 tip. She responded in proper English, "I do not take $5, I give you good massage need more(tip). Tipping is optional, She insisted my customers give me at least $20. I paid cash and did not have anymore with me. It was a good massage so I went to my car and ended up giving her a $9 tip. Received a dirty look as I left. THE NERVE of her demanding a $20 tip, and no reciept for the $40 I paid upfront. I would go back for another massage, But they made me feel very uncomfortable, she was very Rude and she was the only one there. She left the room twice to answer the phone. Pay upfront,demand a 50% Tip, and most likley a undocumented worker. Bad experience. What does the Revdex.com do. They did not come up in your search or a google search.Call them ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: $49 dollars for massage and tip.?? I dont really expect, but I have never had an experience with a business like this in the 15 years I have lived here.
