Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 11, 2015/06/09) */ These are expired gift certificates I have decided to honor out of good faith We tried reaching out to the consumer to make appointments but never heard backI scheduled someone else on those dates since I had not heard backThe consumer took it as these were confirmed dates and showed up for service when I was in the middle of these appointments I am still willing to honor these certificates but cannot do refunds They do not have a couples massage, they have one massage

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In all my years of appreciating massage, chiropractic and wellness products, I have never come across anyone so aggressive on pushing a product, then changing her tune on refund policy. This has been a nightmare and one I want to warn others of. Summer has ignored the fact that I bought two products from her (paying her at right at the reception desk in the [redacted] office that she has her business base out of). I tried one product (the [redacted] ) and didn’t like it, but kept it because it had been opened. I returned the other product, unopened, to her at the next massage appointment. I already stated this in my initial complaint. I purchased both products on Saturday, September 16th for a total of $46.49, which included S/H. I was NOT given shipping options of 2-4 days or 3-5 days as she states in her response. She just automatically did the 3-5 days. I have a text from her where she says shipping usually takes 5 business days and does not include Saturdays, after I had inquired about the status of the shipment a week after it was ordered. At my next massage I brought the unopened product with me. Because the order was a two product order and I had paid S/H on the total amount, we agreed (in person) on a credit of $25 to cover the refund of the product and the S/H. She stated to me (in person) that she would more than likely be able to re-sell the product since it was a popular item. (I’ve stated this in my original complaint.) Yet she has claimed I returned an opened product and even wrote a note on the $18.06 check she sent me, “Refund 90% opened product less shipping”. The product was never opened! And, at the time I returned the product to her she never said anything about her return policies or her website. She AGREED ON AN AMOUNT of $25 TO REFUND. I did text her on Friday, November 24th requesting to cancel a massage scheduled for Thurs, November 30th because of a doctor’s appointment. In her response to this complaint she states she agreed to the $25 refund check “to keep her happy”. Yet she never sent it. On December 11th I texted Summer a polite reminder and got a “Thank You!” response from her. What the heck did that mean? Still, no check sent. I sent another reminder on December 15th and got a texted apology, asking if she could [redacted] or [redacted] payment. My preference was a check, as originally agreed. I am taking pains to detail this because she has demonstrated many times that she would send a check for $25. She then started bringing up the refund policy excuses, to which I said unacceptable. I am so tired of dealing with this issue since September! And that’s why I gave her one last chance to send the check or I would file with the BBB. A check finally came, but for $18.06 with the note that I mentioned above written on it. So, after all this effort, it’s not the $25 I’m after. I’ve spent way more than that in my time. My request is to keep this complaint open for 6 months to give others a chance to read what I’ve been through. I have no plans to cash the check for $18.06 that she sent. Regards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,Please accept my apology for this consumers experienceIn my years of practice, and hundreds of clients, I have never had a complaint filed or a bad review online, and I certainly don't take this lightlyThe recommendation for the products was based on a conversation during our 2nd
session out of totalHer order was placed on Saturday, September 17, in the evening and arrived at her door on Friday, September 22, 2017, exactly shipping days from when it was orderedThis was the agreement she made when choosing her shipping options2-days for $or 3-days for $She chose the latterExactly days after having the product, she came in for her next massage and shared with me that the product upset her stomach, so I offered her a credit toward her next massage, which is my policy (taken from ***'s product return policy on products after days) Return Policy: *** will provide a Product Credit of one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) or a refund of ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) on products not Currently Marketable (see, Section 6.D.) that are returned by a Wellness Advocate or Customer within (30) days of purchase, less shipping costs and paid Bonuses On Friday, November 24, she sent a text requesting that I cancel the massage due to a Doctors appointment and could I send her a refund check for the $I went ahead and agreed to this to keep her happydays later she sent a text reminding me about the refundI offered to try to pay her faster through *** messenger or ***She declined both, saying she preferred a checkI shared with her how the refund policy works and the span of time which had passedThis was unacceptable to her and she was unhappy with my responses, and said she was going to lodge a complaint with the Revdex.com if she didn't get her refund checkThat day I mailed her a refund check minus shipping costs, which is clearly stated in the refund policy on my websiteI am sorry that this was not what she was expecting and will be happy to send her another check for the remaining $for the shipping costsSincerely, Summer F*, LMT *** Wellness Advocate

These are expired gift certificates I have decided to honor out of good faith.
We tried reaching out to the consumer to make appointments but never heard back. I scheduled someone else on those dates since I had not heard back. The consumer...

took it as these were confirmed dates and showed up for service when I was in the middle of these appointments.
I am still willing to honor these certificates but cannot do refunds.
They do not have a couples massage, they have one massage.
