Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not the only person that has experienced problems with Kristen in scheduling an appointmentThere are several posts on Yelp about her not being able to schedule timely appointments and cancelling appointments last minute after the customer has waited over months to get in to see herIf she can't schedule the customers that have previously purchased one of her Groupons she should not be advertising on Groupon again -- sale ended 8/20/17, with over 1,Groupons purchased.At the very least, if she is going to cancel an appointment last minute and is not be able to reschedule in a timely manner, she should give the option of a full refundI would gladly take her up on itI work full-time, too, and am not able to take off in the middle of the day for a massage.? Her hours? are not posted anywhere on her Groupon advertisementsIn addition, she is impossible to get a hold ofNo one answers the phone number listed on the Groupon.? First of all I have a child that gets consistant ear infections and has been for a few yearsWe both have had to miss a lot of school/work because of thisWe just recently were sent to an ENT after years of dealing with this and they are finally going to do surgery on friday to hopefully solve
this issueI have looked over the texts that this customer and I had and I dont see any cause for concernI explained I had a family emergency (my son had to go to the ER) and that since she had to have a 5:appointment I would notify her as soon as I got a cancelation but she insisted that we go ahead and schedule for my next 5:that was open which wasn't until octoberI have been backed up with groupons for months, I had no idea that around christmas last year I would sell as many as I didI'm stuck in this complicated new situation where my business is to new to sustain without adversiment such as grouponAs soon as I can get on my feet without using such methods I don't have a choiceIt is unfortunate that my sons health has caused me to be out of work some, but my son does come first and I am just trying my best to keep up with work

We just recently were sent to an ENT after 3 years of dealing with this and they are finally going to do surgery on friday to hopefully solve...

this issue. I have looked over the texts that this customer and I had and I dont see any cause for concern. I explained I had a family emergency (my son had to go to the ER) and that since she had to have a 5:00 appointment I would notify her as soon as I got a cancelation but she insisted that we go ahead and schedule for my next 5:00 that was open which wasn't until october. If she can't schedule the customers that have previously purchased one of her Groupons she should not be advertising on Groupon again -- sale ended 8/20/17, with over 1,000 Groupons purchased.At the very least, if she is going to cancel an appointment last minute and is not be able to reschedule in a timely manner, she should give the option of a full refund. I would gladly take her up on it. I work full-time, too, and am not able to take off in the middle of the day for a massage. Her hours are not posted anywhere on her Groupon advertisements.
