Aloha, thank you for bringing to our attention.? There was some misunderstangs here, as our member was never charged.? We were also able to reschedule her appointment for a later time that day and our Clinic Manager had reached out to her to make sure everything was handled to her satisfaction.? We reached out to her again and spoke to her on December 18th after receiving this.? We reassured her that she was never charged and we are looking forward to seeing her again.? I am rejecting this response because:My main issue was the call I got just minutes before my appointment saying that I can’t come to my appointment, even though I confirmed with them the night beforeThe business refused to offer me an appointment for later in the day at their locationThey expected me to go out of my way and drive all the way to the other side of the island at a different location to have a new appointment set upThey should’ve accommodated me at their location especially because it was their responsibility for the inconvenience in such a short amount of timeI was really looking forward to getting my massage done and I shouldn’t have to suffer and give up my appointment for something the business was responsible for

We just received notice of this complaint, however, our Clinic Manager at our *** *** location already spoke to *** on Saturday, October 21st. We have already canceled ***'s membership with Massage Envy. Our Clinic Manager said she was wonderful and appreciative that our company
made an exception for her and cancelled her membership due to her situation. We feel like everything was resolved prior to us receiving this notice, but if there is anything further we can do for *** please let us know. Warmest aloha, Massage Envy Hawaii

We have sent a statement showing zero balance. We have also reached out to assure him that he has no outstanding balance. We appreciate this being brought to our attention and sincerely apologize for any frustration this caused.

coming back to Massage Envy when her financial situation changes? Below are the notes we have on file from our conversations with her on 10/2/15:? 10/2/15: Member called today because she really needs to cancel her membershipShe thought that after the months, it cancelsI explained to her that she hasn't completed the full month because she froze her accountShe said she doesn't have the moneyShe loves us, but needs the money right nowTold her we will refund one of her membership dues and immediately cancelShe was grateful for us working with herShe said she will become a member again when she has the funds.?
