massage that he had set up and when we went to confirm all of our clients appointments the day before we had called his [redacted] which spoiled the surprise. This is according to what was discussed when he spoke to the [redacted] on 11/16/15. He expressed that it upset him so much that he just wanted to cancel her membership he had signed up for which was a 12 month term. He didn't express to use that he was upset about his service that he received from us. The [redacted] let him know that they wouldn't be able to cancel since he is still in term but that what we could do is postpone his account by Freezing it. That would mean that he would temporally not get charged for up to 6 months depending on his choice. He was not happy about that choice and left the facility. We were made aware that he was still upset when he decided to contact our [redacted] to tell them something different then what was said when he talked to the [redacted].We had since spoke to this client on 11/21/15 about his situation and he was given very detailed instructions as to how we would proceed in looking into this situation and that as soon as we looked into it that he would be contacted. In the couple days that we were looking into the situation he had decided to contact our [redacted] office again stating that we were not doing anything. Obviously we were and as it was explained to him that we would look into the situation. We have since decided to terminated his membership as requested and will continue to pursue taking care of our millions of clients that enjoy and appreciate the impeccable service that we provided day in and day out. When I called him on 11/25/15, [redacted] was happy with our decision to terminate his membership and he was also give an additional 10 days to use his one session he had in his account before we terminated his membership which he appreciated. Obviously we would have rather wished he would have been patient while we looked into the situation but after 9  days into looking into it we were able to make him happy and we did this with out knowing he exploited the situation to the Revdex.com. We appreciate the Revdex.com and all that you do but we will continue to operate our business with in the boundaries of our business practice that has made us successful and appreciated among millions. If you have any further questions please let me know. Thank You![redacted]Massage Envy [redacted]We help you take care of you.
