I'm very sorry to hear of the problem that our customer mentioned, we strive to sell quality vehicles at affordable pricesWe inspect and service every vehicle that we sell, and can assure anyone that there are no "agents" used to cover up any
problems with any vehiclesWe offer warranties with every vehicle that we sell, it is up to the customer at the time of sale to purchase one cash or finance with the vehicle if the bank allows it to be financed based on each individual's credit worthinessThe customer was offered an opportunity to drive the vehicle prior to purchase and was given an opportunity to purchase a warranty that would have covered any of the mentioned problems when they arose with no deductible, unfortunately she signed a waiver of warranty and refused the extended warranty offerEven though she purchased the car as is, as a sign of good faith, the ownership has expressed that they would be happy to work something out with the bank that customer is financed with as long as she has made timely paymentsHowever, if there are any delinquent payments, the bank would not consider an exchange of collateral

As stated by the consumer, she traded in a wrecked VW Beetle which was sent to the junkyard The vehicle that was purchased for $dollars obviously had no warranty and was sold as is Junk price on the vehicle was $350, but we told her it was safe for the road and with the major body
damage on the beetle, it was not The title was delivered to this consumer 7/5/ This is clear retaliation because the consumer was removed from our lot by the Springfield police department for being beligerent cussing and screaming in our establishment As a used car dealer in the state of ohio, we have days to deliver said titles to our clients, but this particular customer decided that she deserved hers in less than days Also as stated by the consumer that the vehicle operated very well for a couple weeks before there was an issue A dollar vehicle could last years, months, days, or hours, its anyone's guess, thats why we gave her an opportunity to test drive or take the vehicle to have it assessed before the purchase

this purchase of a used car, and specifically "as is"The customer also declined the option of a warrantySo, we have delivered exactly as promised and actually went beyond by replacing the sensor at no cost to the customer

I am rejecting this response because:
I purchased a vehicle from your car lot with every intention that Zombie Johns was a ethical and reliableInstead I received extremely poor customer service and a car that stopped running in less than days of purchaseAt this point Zombie Johns is trying to assassinate my character by any means because they are responsible for selling lemons on their car lotI originally called to check on the title when Jerry hung up on me stating they had daysI arrived at the facility not only because I was hung up on by an employee, but because my questions weren't answered concerning my title.The only reason I was requesting the title days early is because I was told by a representative it would be ready for pick up on 7/5/I was not removed from the premises, there was no police report filed or taken by either partyThere was also no other employees present at the time but JerryI received my title 7/5/only after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.comI went to the facility times yesterday, if I was removed from the premises why was I told to come back at 1:and again at pmThe vehicle was originally listed for However because they convinced me the vehicle I was purchasing was in better condition and more reliable than my car for trade, I felt I making a good decisionAlthough the VW Beetle was wrecked it was still in driving condition and had positive equity exceeding $If I would have known the transmission was going out in the Hyundai Elantra I would have never made the purchaseThere was no check engine lights on or signals to let me know the transmission was slippingWhether the vehicle is or as a company its very unethical and deceiving to convince a person to make a purchase at your establishment knowing something may go wrong in an hour or twoDo you have paper work showing the vehicle went to the Junk Yard?
