individual who has not received the introductory rate from any Massage Envy location in the past year. It seems there may have been some confusion as you later told us the location you visited in CO had given you different information. We will be happy to give you a call and get the difference refunded to your card.

Our agreements specifically state what proof of new address is accepted in order to cancel the agreement within the initial term if a member is to move to an area where there is not a Massage Envy within a 25 mile radius. We gave Ms. [redacted]...

additional time with no membership payments in order to come up with proof of new address that follows the guidelines set forth by our member agreement. Even though that was not provided, the membership for Ms. [redacted] was cancelled on July 1, 2016 and she was notified of this via email.

We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] to follow up with the concerns that he has about being a Member with us at Massage envy Burlington. Our members have the opportunity to prebook appointments as well as set standing appointments to ensure their slot is saved with the therapist of their chose....

When clients accumulate a buildup of services they are able to use up those services by extending the session length, utilizing other services that we offer, as well as gift them out to others. We are actively working on adding new therapist to support our growing member base. We're more than willing to work with Mr. [redacted] to better help him take advantage of his sessions and receive exceptional service.
