[redacted] did sign a month contract with us on December 27, Her initial term agreement ended when she made the 12th payment on December 27, I have attached a copy of her signed contract stating her membership will go on an auto-renewal basis after the initial term and we do need a signed cancellation form in order to cease these payments from processing [redacted] did use her membership AFTER the initial agreement was over-- her last visit was on August 18, This is well after her initial term was completed ***'s account has been suspended and we have been trying to contact her via phone and e mail to try and go over the options we have available for her to either 1) catch up on the hours she has paid for or 2) cancel her membershipSince [redacted] 27, We have had very little contact from just her husband, He has been extremely rude to my employees (including laughing and cursing at them) We offered to "pay it forward" which means we would use her hours she had previously paid for in place of the past due payments she owes usAfter we had zero contact back with those messages, we reached out again to let them know we could waive all but late payment so she could use what she has on her accountThe last contact we had was a reply to an e mail we sent regarding her past due account, I have attached a copy of that as wellMoving forward I would be more than happy to cancel [redacted] membership but I do need an updated form of paymentLastly, I will be sending [redacted] one final e-mail with her options to cancel her membershipThank you so much for your time, If you have any questions or concerns feel free to give me a call at the information below
