Review: I sent cancellation request on July,19. They failed to cancel my account and have been charging me monthly for services not rendered. I attempted to call and discuss this matter on five separate occasions, being told each time that a manager would have to call me back. Phone calls were never returned.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for all payments from July 2013. This is more than fair as I had not used there services only 3 times in the year prior to my attempted cancellation.

Our records show that the clinic manager has sent a cancellation form to the client in July and advised that the completed form must be returned to the clinic by 17Jul2013. We have no record of that occurring and thus the membership continued to be active.

I would be happy to honor his verbal cancellation request and refund two payments that were charged above the required 12 payments in his original agreement. Please be advised that as soon as the refund for $118 is made and the membership is cancelled, that all unused services in the account will expire immediately.

Please advise if you wish to proceed with the cancellation and refund as described above.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not satisfied with the offer from message envy because I have been charged $108.00 every month since since July 2013. The settlement amount offered by message envy is ludicrous to say the least.

Please see the information below. It has been copied an pasted, but please let me know if you would like me to fax copies of my credit card statement. I have also attached a print screen from e-mail showing the cancelation request was sent, I would also be happy to provide phone records showing all the dates I attempted to contact message envy and resolve this issue prior to resorting to the Revdex.com complaint process.

In the original complaint Mr. [redacted] stated that he was trying to cancel his account. The charges he details in his response appear to be the charges for two separate accounts one for primary member at $59 per month and the second for add-on Family member at $49 per month.

Is Mr. [redacted] now wanting to cancel two memberships and if so what is the name listed on the second membership so that we can properly evaluate the status of the second membership?
