Sent: Sunday, December 21, 11:AMTo: drteamSubject: ID # [redacted] To whom it may concern, On August 26th [redacted] (mother) called to make an appointment for her son for the 27thIn order to make an appointment we require a credit or debit card to secure the appointmentOnce the card is saved, it is encrypted and we no longer can see the card number (including management, owners, corpetc.) On the 27th when [redacted] came out of his session, one of our sales associates offered him the wellness programOur sales associates are trained to NOT be aggressive in any way, it is their job to just inform the individual on the wellness program and the benefits and discountsIf the individual says no then no, however if they say yes, we ask for the card they want to put on file and a drivers license to verify that it is in fact their cardIt must be in hand so that we may enter it into the system If the card does not belong to the individual and the cardholder is not present to consent and sign as the buyer, we are not allowed to sell through the membershipThere are a lot of steps as well as a whole agreement that we go through to sign up an individual, including initials and signaturesWe do not force the membership on our clients, it is their own free will to say yes or no, and again we cannot even process the membership unless a card and ID are given to us The member at our clinic, did sign for a month agreement, three payment have processed (unfortunately by our error on the mothers card) and he is still responsible for more paymentsWe would be more than happy to refund the payments to the mother, and since the son is still responsible for the payments we will need him to bring into the clinic a valid card that is in HIS name and the payments can then be applied to him and refunded to the mother -Samantha Massage Envy Spa Bay Colony [redacted]
