After being a member for years, I had to quitConstant turnover of therapists The next to last massage was cancelled last minute, with no courtesy given, so I shaved my head and face for no reason Last massage I was told by the "Therapist" that she doesn't touch my scalp, or temples, and that next time I would have to call and request someone that does that After years of scalp massages from other therapists there, I was appalled I terminated my contract, after paying $to do so, and was told that would be my last service I called several times to schedule appointment with a tech that massages the scalp, and no one at the front desk knew of a therapist that can do that After trying several times throughout months, I was finally told that my final service expired "Sorry....you're over days" too bad

After 7 years of scalp massages from other therapists there, I was appalled. I terminated my contract, after paying $49.00 to do so, and was told that would be my last service. I called several times to schedule appointment with a tech that massages the scalp, and no one at the front desk knew of a therapist that can do that. After trying several times throughout 3 months, I was finally told that my final service expired. "Sorry....you're over 60 days" too bad.
