The Lakeside location abruptly went through a closure in which the franchise owner closed the business without any prior notice given to any employeesDue to Massage Envy being a franchise, it did take about a week and a half for a new franchisee to be able to take over and new management to
be able to get into the business and begin reaching out to the clients that had appointments booked prior to the unexpected closureOnce we were open again under new ownership and management, we did specifically reach out to *** Wagner and have already spoken to his wife as wellWe deeply apologized and offered them to come in for a complimentary service, which at this point he has already usedHis wife did decide to cancel her and their daughters accounts which we were sad to see happen, but completely understood their frustration*** decided to keep his membership and we look forward to maintaining a great relationship with him going forward
