We would be happy to work with [redacted] on cancelling her membership She is currently still in a month agreement with us and we are willing to cancel her membership with only having fulfilled of her payments Please note that Massage Envy is nationwide and her previous therapists is still working in the area at the Westerville location and [redacted] is more than welcome to use her membership with him there If massage is contraindicated by a medical professional, we just need a note from that doctor and we are able to terminate the membership early, however, we will not require this of Julie to terminate her agreement Our therapists are trained to work on clients with wide range of injury as they are licensed by the State Medical Board, but their skill sets and comfort levels do vary Massage Envy's purpose is to help people feel their best and we pride ourselves on working with our clients to do so, as a membership with us should never cause someone undo stress
