Review: I found out I was pregnant with my second child a couple months ago and that I also had a high risk pregnancy due to another medical condition that I was also diagnosed with. I contacted the company advising them that I needed to cancel my membership with them because of some health related issues. Per their policy if you are on auto-renewal the only thing you have to do is notify them 30 days in advance( which I did) but now they continue to charge me and call consistently saying I need to pay a past due balance before they can cancel my membership. They also stated I needed to provide a doctors note stating that I can no longer use their services. Not sure why I would have to do all of that when it's not required per their terms for cancelation during auto renewal. I don't feel that I should have to continue to pay for something that is not safe for me to use because of my pregnancy and also continued to get harassed and billed until I go back to the doctor to get them a note that I shouldn't need in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would like my membership cancelled and whatever balance they claim I owe cleared.

Review: I have been billed $59.99 a month by Massage Envy for services that I never signed up for or recieved. I have not received one massage nor was I aware that I was being billed uintil just a month ago. I called them to get a refund and they said that I had signed a contract. I have asked repeatedly for a copy of this contract, but they won't give it to me. I feel like I have been scammed by them. I went online and found this website;

Apparently they have a long history of ripping people off this way.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the past 13 months of $59.99 payments, or a total of $779.87.
