Massage Envy-Midtown

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Staff is coached on avoiding complaints and unhappy customers.If Shirley M didnt work there the times I did go,I wouldve never went back.Massage envy midtown has a very high turnover rate with managers.Some people at the front desk are incompetent and rude.When you make an appointment and show up on time and someone at the front desk tells you that you didnt have a appointment,thats a problem.Discounting the service doesnt make the bad service with the front desk go away!!!
