I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am attempting to send you the copy of the contract which ended on June 29, Despite, the contract ending they charged me for month of July so I got a massage for that month and then requested that they close my account I was informed that they would not close the account until I submitted a termination form I requested that they provided me with a termination form but they stated that I would have to pay for another month before they would send me a form I refused to and they just sent me a bill for another month In the interim I was offered and accepted a job in Virginia (offer letter provided) I was contacted by Massage Envy and informed them that I was leaving the state and wanted my contract terminated I requested once aging they send me their termination form and instead they sent me a past due bill I am simply requesting that they keep to the original contract and terminate my accountRegards, [redacted]

After the term of the membership it does go into auto-renew. The client has 30 days prior to the payment to contact the spa and complete the required cancellation documentation. Once the documentation is completed we can then follow through with the cancellation process. Our area manager has been in... contact and has not heard back from the client to proceed. The Area manager will reach out again to the client to go over the cancellation process and get the required documentation that we do need to have in order to process. I would never anyone, yet alone a friend or family member to this establishment. They have taken $59.99 from my bank account and have provided me with no services to show for it. Janine's response does not adequately resolve my issue whatsoever. The response is laden with typos and empty promises. I have yet t receive a call from anyone management, or otherwise regarding my complaint. Massage Envy has made zero effort to resolve this issue.  Regards,  [redacted]
