Review: I was assured by massage envy, [redacted] that if I signed a 12 month contract and needed to move more than 25 miles from there location that the contract would end with no questions asked. When I informed them my work would end on July 31st and I would be leaving [redacted] more than 25 Mikes away. I was assured the contract was ended and no more automatic withdrawal would be made from my account. Another withdrawal came out today and when I questioned it I was advised by massage Envy [redacted] that there was nothing they could do because I signed a 12 mo contract. Even though I was assured by the same Massage Envy that there would be no problem in ending my contract early do to moving more than 25 miles away.Desired Settlement: End contact as promised. Refund my august 2015 withdrawal.
