Thank you very much for the opportunity to respond.On April 13, Mr [redacted] signed up for our wellness programOur front desk associate shared the many benefits of the program with him, as well as the fact that prices and services may very by locationMr [redacted] also initialed next to the line on the contract stating that prices and services may very by locationOur front desk associates must memorize and share all of this information each time, with every guest, so that all the information is shared and understoodWhen Mr [redacted] went to use his services in the bay area, he found that there was a price increase due to the areaHe contacted us, we had a discussion about this, and we cancelled his membershipIt has been resolvedOur intent is never to trick or make promises when it comes to our wellness programIt is a wonderful program with many benefits that many enjoy.Again, I'm happy to share that this issue was resolved and thank you again for the chance to respond

Ms*** booked a minute massage ($for the non member rate)on Saturday December 3rd at 11:amOur therapist was here waiting for her and the client didn't call or show up for her sessionOur records indicate that Ms.*** did receive a reminder call on December 1st at 12:pm
A message was left on her answering machineSaturday is one of our busiest days and we turned several clients away for appointments that dayWe must also pay our therapist for their time during a no show appointment so it's a huge loss for our businessWe had hoped to get the client to reschedule but she did not return our callsThe client was not and will not be charged even though our business lost out in this situation
