My husband purchased a gift card for me for Valentines day and I came in for my first massage on 2/After my appointment I was approached and offered to purchase a membershipI was told that they were running a special where you would pay for massage and receive a total of to useAdditionally, monthly payments would be taken out of my account on the 28th of each month regardless of the day I made an appointment
When I came in for my appointment today I spoke with Raven after my massage and inquired about how the additional massages worked since I was under the impression that I had to useRaven informed me that I had no credits and she was not aware of any specials where you bought massages and received Additionally, instead of my payment coming out of the 28th of each month, she told me that I had to pay for today's services because you weren't allowed to have a service without payment, which defeats the purpose of having authorized a payment that is scheduled to c

We have called and reached out to *** via email to let her know we can
cancel her membership and work with her to use her prepaid sessions
with us before they expire. We have not charged the client anything
further and have processed the cancellation to her membership per her request.-

did not use his monthly massage, the massage would remain available to him until the membership became inactive (i.e. membership cancellation, suspension, etc.), at which time these massages expire. As a courtesy to the member, we refunded him an amount of $419.94, the equivalent of 6 monthly membership dues and cancelled him immediately, waiving the the 30-day notice usually required to cancel a membership. The owner of our franchise, Tracey Fitzgerald, reached out to the client on October 2nd and left him a voicemail message. We have yet to hear back from the client from what I am aware of, however the refund has been issued and the membership cancelled.
