I have spoken with both [redacted] and [redacted] this afternoon Originally [redacted] informed me that they called days ago to cancel their memberships to avoid the next billing on 5/22/ I informed [redacted] that when cancelling his membership immediately, the prepaid membership sessions that they accrued would expire with the membership When I discussed this same point with [redacted] a little later we came to the agreement that I would make an exception and waive the May and June payments and allow them until 7/21/to use the prepaid membership services they each acquired I also attached a copy of the original agreements that they each signed, indicating that in order to cancel your membership, a day written notice is required and that all services expire with the membership days from that final payment
