*** *** had an account that went into suspension. As per his contract, once an account is delinquent and in collections the membership benefits are no longer accessible. *** *** was told this was the policy and send the contract he signed. Not only did we not charge him his
billing to get his account current, but an extreme exception was made to allow him to use sessions that were on his account from the past. No further exceptions will be made on the part of Short Hills ME llc
