I’m sorry that you have been injured and cannot receive massages as they have such benefits to your overall health but certainly can understand as you wouldn't want to aggravate the injury. That being said, even though the contract indicates that we need a Dr
note stating you can no longer receive massages, we are very happy to cancel
your membership without that stipulationIn addition, we will also take care
of the $so you will no longer receive any notices

that we are all on the same page and so we can close this out

Review: I canceled my membership due to being a low income student and with a recent injury where massage was and is still not appropriate. I got the response "okay" from the receptionist, meaning to me that my account was canceled. Now I am being billed for 119.98 via mail. I received no emails, phone calls, or mail prior to this saying my membership was still running and I was being billed with a card that I had canceled due to being stolen, and I am very disappointed with my service there in general there.Desired Settlement: I would like for the membership to be fully canceled like it was agreed upon with the receptionist, and cancel this bill I received.
