Unfortunately the cost of doing business in the Austin/San Antonio area has greatly increasedWe needed to raise our prices to recruit and retain the best staff members and remain in the locations in Austin/ San Antonio We did originally raise our prices years ago by $and were able to grandfather most of the clients at their rateUnfortunately the cost of doing business has risen to a point where this was no longer feasibleWe did send out corporate letters days prior to the effective date to the address that was on file and did not bill anyone at the new rate who did not want to be billedThis is all in accordance with our contract Sharon was cancelled immediately and was never billed $ We do not charge a $fee for any reinstatement of sessions Attached is a copy of the agreement that states we can change the rates with a day notice

My wife and I have been a member of this location for over years We just received a notice that our monthly fees are being increased by 44.5% for mine and 20% for hers The only option given is to pay the hire fee or cancel our membership and potentially lose our prepaids In speaking to management, they acknowledge the increase is not "ideal" but they are increasing the rates for all to pay the same amount It's a "corporate decision" There is no grandfathering for long term members We received a corporate number of which no one is answering

grandfather most of the clients at their rate. Unfortunately the cost of doing business has risen to a point where this was no longer feasible. We did send out corporate letters 30 days prior to the effective date to the address that was on file and did not bill anyone at the new rate who did not want to be billed. This is all in accordance with our contract.  Sharon was cancelled immediately and was never billed $70.  We do not charge a $10 fee for any reinstatement of sessions.  Attached is a copy of the agreement that states we can change the rates with a 10 day notice.
