I have reviewed the responseI stopped by Massage Envy yesterday after receiving this email and the management and I talked through a solution to where they changed my name to the credits and I will use those and cancel the membership (within two months.) As signed and acknowledged in the Membership Agreement Receipt, [redacted] signed, the bottom bullet listed states "I understand that any other household memberships associated with my account are treated as a separate account and all account issues (including membership freeze or cancellations) must be addressed separately and specifically for each membership.  This being said, [redacted], as a non member, is not allowed to use her daughters hours of member services. As well, [redacted] signed an agreement that after the membership term ended, The membership would go into Auto Renew on a monthly basis until a cancellation request was submitted in writing. That request has not been received and her daughters membership is now suspended and delinquent. She will not have access to her Member Services until the delinquent account is brought into an active status by paying her unpaid member dues. In regards to company policy regarding the "couples Room". [redacted] DOES NOT have to book her daughters appointments in a couples room, that was her preference so that they could get massages/facials together. Company policy states that when a minor is receiving services in the spa the parent has to be present the entire time. There are accommodations set in place to make this a comfortable experience for the accompanying guardian.
