We found the error that was made on our part after taking hours of research This research was not able to be performed while the customer was on the phone with us She was assured that we would do everything possible to find out what happened and if possible correct the error.We did find out what happened, the customer was refunded the amount that should have been available for use We have reached out to the customer to let her know that a new gift card with the refunded amount is waiting for her to pick up at Massage Envy Englewood We will contact her again by hone until we speak to her directly.Her mother will have a complimentary Enhanced Therapy Session available if and when she returns for another massage service at ME Englewood.We hope that this brings resolution to this error that WE made and that Massage Envy Englewood will have another opportunity to make her a satisfied customer[redacted] ***Franchisee
