I am responding to complaint filed by [redacted]. I have made many attempts to contact her by phone. I would love the opportunity to get her in with a therapist that matches her needs. I left several voice mails and have not heard back. I will fax a copy of her membership agreement to you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As I have told Massage Envy multiple times, the therapy that they are able to provide to me is not what my doctor recommends.  My chiropractor felt the therapy that I received from Massage Envy was actually detrimental to my healing from my accident.  Due to this reason, I do not wish to see a different therapist and subject myself to further harm.  In the beginning, I called multiple times to schedule another appointment with a, hopefully, more qualified therapist, and they were unable to comply.  At this point I want my money returned and the contract null and void.  My next action will be seek legal advise regarding this issue from the attorney that is handling my accident.
