Massage Envy Spa- Northbrook

I've been trying to cancel my membership with Massage Envy for over a monthI've sent them a fax with the cancellation request as Massage Envy Northbrook told me I had to doI then got charged after that for another months of serviceI have then called them repeatedlyI rarely get someone to answer the phone and when I do I'm told the manager isn't there but they will have them call me back when she is inI have done that now times and have yet to get a call back from the managerI simply want to cancel my membership with them and have the charges reversed for unused massages since I cancelled my membershipI have also asked for a detailed billing on my account to show what I have paid for and received in massages and have yet to receive that despite asking for it twice

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last summer and have had pain issues after my massages I had therapists that seemed to work best, but they were fired along with most therapists I offered to get a dr note, but wanted a refund for the leftover massages I was told since I paid in full, I have no recourse If I was on a month to month contract, I would have been able to cancel The owner refuses to talk to me when I asked the manager today She said she speaks for the owner and they will not refund I would like the difference refunded to me
