Massage Envy Spa of Frankfort

I joined Massage Envy in I paid $every month and was automatically taken out of my accountI did not have a service every month so my massages were buildings upI joined at the Frankfort location and was only there the one time when I joinedI used my services in the Naperville/Downers Grove areaDuring my membership I received many phone calls from the Frankfort location confirming my appointments that I never made with themI then called in January to find out why I was getting these phone calls when I never made appointments thereThe manager called me and explained to me that there is another woman there with my same name as me and that they were confusing the accountsShe stated that two of my massages were taken out for her use and I would be reimbursed for those massagesWhen I found this out I went in January to get a massage at another location and canceled my accountWhen I left they told me I still had four and half massages remainingIn Feb

My membership was reinstated in October Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to cancel my membership I was informed over the phone that all I had to do was come in and fill out a cancellation form I completed the form on March 5, I was then told it takes days for processing My autopay is set to withdraw the funds the 25th of each month The funds were taken out of my account even though membership was official cancelled I spoke with the manager over the phone who informed me I had to give a day notice This was never discussed with me when reinstating my membership, nor when I submitted the cancellation form I want my money back!!!
