I am rejecting this response because:This business is not handling themselves in a professional mannerWhat type of business makes accusations and points the finger? Stop
making assumptions about my life. This could have been handled way differentlyThe first time I called your company, they stated that they would not cancel the account, and then charged me for another month after I asked that you stop charging my credit card.Act like an adult, admit you made a mistake, apologize, issue a refund and move on. I'll answer your questions that you continue to pose, if you answer mineFirst off all, DO NOT speculate about what my relationship is or isn't to *** ***That relationship does not matterI never allowed her to use my credit card to sign up for a membership with your companySecondly, why does it matter that I brought this issue to light now? That's NONE of your businessI'll state it again, no one has been into your establishment since AugustI'm bringing this to light now because I'm a workaholic and while I always pay my bills, I do not always read my statementsI haven't read my statements in months, when I finally did I saw that you have been charging me monthly. I will be reaching out to your corporate office and sharing all of our correspondenceI will also express my views on ***, ***, etc...I answered your questions that you continued to pose in a round about waySo now please answer my starlight forward questions.After I called your company and told them about the issue, why did you say that you couldn't cancel the contract and then charged my card a week later?Lastly, please confirm that you are legally required to check an ID when running a credit cardPlease confirm this is your companies policy as well. Please provide your contact info so I can give it to the local police department when I stop there tomorrow to file a complaint.

Dear Mr***,We have deleted and deactivated the account with your credit card on file. (Ms***'s account) I had instructed my manager to do so after we received your initial request. The staff member who I had assigned this task has since been relieved of her duties. We have further refunded January, 'amount of $59.99, December, 'of $59.99, November, 'of $59.99, October, 'of $and September, 'of $back to your credit card.The agreement signed by Ms*** shows the I.Dhad been checked and Ms***'s initials verifying using said card. Until I looked into this further and heard from you, we only had the signed and initialed contract to go on. Further, at the time of sale, Ms*** was given a reduced price (a member rate) because of the commitment she made to the wellness plan. The price dropped from $intro rate down to $member rate. I apologize for the error made by our staff member. It is not unusual for people to "gift" memberships to loved ones. Your credit card is reimbursed in full.Sincerely,*** ***
