Review: I have called about 4 times. I still have not received a phone call back on the number I left for them to call me back on. I left a message with [redacted] twice, a receptionist. I left a message with [redacted] once a receptionist. I visited this site in Stockton CA on 08/12/2013. This place does not look like it is being run in an elite manner. Whenever I call there is no manager or anybody in charge. I was told my account would be cancelled, I paid ahead and did not use my service I paid for. I was charged again August 04, 2013, I was told I was not going to receive any further charges. [redacted] called [redacted] wants a print out of my statement to prove I was charge for August. The August payment was not even supposed to be charged to my credit card at all. I was charged for August 59.00 on my credit card. Now my bank want me to get a new credit card since this company is giving me the run around. I was going to recommend this company. I changed my mind now.

Initial Business Response
We actually resolved this complaint with the customer she was in contract for a full 12 months starting April 4, 2013 thru next year 2014. She put in a cancellation request on 8/12/2013 stating she was going to have a "rent increase of 475.00/month which was an unexpected expense & she is recently unemployed" she cancelled due to personal finances. Even though her membership was still under contract we allowed the cancellation. We also waived all cancellation fees, final month of dues and current month of dues. Customer stated and signed in written documented from that quality of massage, customer service of staff, availability of staff, cleanliness and atmosphere of clinic, as well as her overall experience had been GREAT! She had the choice to select unsatisfactory, poor, fair, good or great and she chose GREAT for every item.
We went above and beyond for this client; she was contacted by management, regional managers and stated everything was taken care of. She has then been back to visit and redeem service on the second of September.
This complaint really confuses me, we are able to provide proof and documentation for all stated items above. Please let me know if any further action needs to be taken on our part.
