Review: I received services on a guest pass from a co-worker. During my visit I was enrolled in the membership program, I placed my flex spending card on file but when I returned to work I discovered that it would not be covered under my plan. I called immediately and asked that the card be removed and explained why. The sales rep said she she would have the manager call me back, I never received a call so I cancelled the card. Now this location is threatening to send me to collections for services I never received for membership fees plus and additional 25.00 until I pay but I do not not wish to have the membership since encountering this business I have received emails about a law suit against message envy and their bully techniques forcing people into memberships, I have not had any benefit from the program and I called well before they tried to bill my card. This is unheard of I never had anyone to keep sending letters or try to bill me for services that were never rendered.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to take me out of their system and stop sending notices that threaten my credit, further more not to send this account to collections because this is NOT a valid debt. I never benefited from the membership and I called well before they billed me and explained the situation to a representative.
