Review: Sent 30-day written notification of cancellation of membership to Massage Envy Squirrel Hill on 5/5/14 via US mail per membership agreement cancellation policy terms. On 6/23/14, my credit card was charged $44.99 for June membership. I spoke with [redacted], manager, on that same date, who stated that the letter wasn't received but that she would process the cancellation anyway and refund the charges. I was then charged $44.99 on 7/23/14, 8/23/14, 9/23/14. I contacted massage envy by email on 9/28/14 without response. On 10/6/14, I left a message for [redacted] without response. On 10/15/14, I spoke with [redacted] who stated that she would refund 7/23, 8/23, and 9/23 charges and stop the autopayment. She also stated that she would email me confirmation when it was completed - this was never received, and I was charged again on 10/23/14. On 11/10, I left another message for [redacted] without response. On 11/11/14, I disputed all charges with my credit card company and was refunded for all but the 7/23/14 charge due to it being outside of the 90-day window for charge dispute. On 12/23/14, I was charged again for $89.98. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $134.97 for the 7/23/14 and 12/23/14 charges. I would like my account to be cancelled as requested in my letter of 5/5/14 and as verbally confirmed by [redacted] on 6/23/14 phone conversation, and I would like my membership and credit card information to be permanently removed from their system to avoid incurring future charges for an already-cancelled membership.

Review: I ordered a massage gift card over the phone, my credit card was charged, my daughter-in-law never received her birthday gift. When I realized this, I called to inquire, was assured it would be taken care of. Later I found out she still hadn't received the gift card. I called again, was told manager was in a meeting, she would receive the info. She never called back. Today I tried once more, specifically said if I didn't hear back by noon, I would lodge a complaint with Revdex.com. She did not call. My daughter in law no longer wanted the gift, due to all the delay, I was asking to receive a refund on credit card.Desired Settlement: I wish to have the $50 refunded on my credit card.
