Review: I gave my wife a gift for her birthday of three one hour massages. I was never told that they had to be taken within three months. My wife has had one and went today, Jan 15th for her second in Lincoln as she had bought a one hour massage for her sister. The [redacted] Massage Envy charged her $100 for her massage today as they said that her other massages had expired. When I bought the three massages, nobody told me that they had to be taken within three months. There is no reason for there to be a expiration date. So for two massages we have paid $279.97. We are not happy and no one was very willing to help us out. Very poor service.Desired Settlement: To only be charged for two massages with one due and a refund of $100 for todays massage.

Review: My husband purchased a year's membership paid in FULL (which allowed me 12 months or 12 hours of massages). When I tried to use my last 2 hours I was told my membership had expired and they wouldn't allow me to use my last 2 hours. I had a year membership before and was told the massages would carry over until I used up the hours so this really frustrates me that they wouldn't allow me to use up my WHOLE MEMBERSHIP this time. I will definitely make sure NEVER to sign up with this company again and let all friends and family know that they don't honor their contracts.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my last 2 hours of massages refunded since I never got them. Mostly I just want to make people aware Massage Envy rips people off if you don't continue your membership with them which is bad business.

Her husband had purchased her a 12 month membership, which means the agreement was for 12 months and during that time she had 12 massages to use and would be considered a member that entire 12 months. After the term the membership does expire, which is stated on our membership agreement form, that is signed by the client upon purchase. Mrs. [redacted] is asking for the two 1- hour services to be refunded, which I would me more then happy to do. However, since her membership expired and was paid for in full, we do not have her credit card information on file to do so. I would need her husbands credit card information in order to process a refund. If Mrs. [redacted] would like me to unexpire those massages instead, I would be happy to do that as well.
