Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Since the initial request and abiding by the Revdex.com's rules and regulations I have not received any additional correspondence from Massage Envy since prior to my filing this complaint No one has contacted me in over a month in regards to this I told him repeatedly that I cannot except the offer that they are giving me because it is not in my interest it does not fit with my busy schedule and hectic lifestyle being that I do have a spouse that has medical issues and I can't take the time away from him to make sure that I come get a massage every now and againMassage envy are a bunch of criminals they are taking money out of my account and want me to give them another credit card so they can continue to take money out of my account which I refused what was offered to me and they still continue to refuse to refund my money when I don't want their services anymore they keep telling me to transfer my paid services to someone I don't have anyone else to transfer the services to I'm not just going to give away over $of my money to someone for free like seriously that's just crazyIf they are I'm going to do the small request i'll just go further and take them to small claims court because this makes no sense and I'm getting very frustrated with this they want you to have some kind of doctors notice just to get out of a contract like who has time for that? I shouldn't have to report personal information to you because I don't want a service anymore if I don't want it I don't want it Massage envy needs to come up with another resolution for this Regards, [redacted]
