We hired firefighters movers in December
Everything went well ,except for somethings getting damaged
I've called and spoken with a few people
I sent the forms , pictures and more to get this resolved with no outcone

Firefighting’s Finest Movers are fabulous....I every wayCoordinating details over the phone, changing dates and times....nothing is a problemOur movers, Michael and Blake, were completely professional, communicated with ease and efficiently, and executed the job without a hitchAnd beyond that, we simply enjoyed working with them! There really should be more than stars!

The cancellation request of this account was never recievedWe have a firm that is to be filled out, that is why the account was not cancelledI have spoken with the husband prior to recieving this and he cane up with the agreenent of refunding two months which was completed on 12/22/I gave
them the offer to use the massages in the account foe an additional days onstead of walking away from themThey denied that optionThe client was refunded

We have reached out to Allaire to try and resolve this issue, either through cancellation or other options we have availableShe has yet to return our phone callsAllaire has agreed to make payments for the wellness program, she has just fulfilled her twelfth month and is eligible to cancel

I can’t say enough good things about the moving experience on the day of September 14, The movers arrived as scheduled at 9:am (not a minute late) and proceeded to get to their work of assessing the items to be moved, preparing the items, and communicating with me all through the processThe two movers were both professional in their work ethic, communication and empathy (yes, empathy)They were aware of the anguish I was going through to move my mother to a Memory Care facility and were very careful in moving the items and communicating with my in a calming mannerI would recommend this business

We used Fireman’s Finest three times and they provided excellent serviceFrom the first phone call to when they pulled out of our driveway they were extremely professional, curtious, friendly, helpful, polite and thankfulThey worked hard, stayed on task and got the job done in a timely mannerI would highly recommend them and would hire them again if ever the need arises

Wonderful experience

These firemen are awesome! They call you and let you know how far away they are from you and arrive punctually They are courteous, professional and attentive to your needs They ask questions, wrap the furniture, mirrors, and anything with glass, as well as anything they feel would move better if wrapped They double check the rooms to be sure they have everything they are supposed to take and they work very quickly but carefully I will definitely use them anytime I move and encourage others to do so as well

I was very pleased with the firefighting moversThey were very polite, and very hard workingTook vey good care of all my things as if it was all fragileThey were excellent at the jobI have already signed to use them again for another move

I received a quote for a move from this company, Firefighting's Finest and two other moversTheir quote was lower and I selected themI had a hard deadline which they were aware of and they agreed to have me out by that date but it became apparent that they would not succeed as that date approachedIn fact they had only completed half of the move and were 50% over the estimate so I had to hire another mover to get me out on time and save my deposit
Since they had only gotten half of the move done for $18,when the original quote was for $12,000, I can only assume that in the end they would have cost me twice that to get the other half done for a total of $36,This would have been three times their original estimateThis is not acceptable
They underquoted by such a significant amount that I never would have chosen them had they been accurateEvidently their paperwork is air tight legally but they should be accountable when they make such a major error

Our move with Firefighting's Finest team went perfectlyDespite the known difficulties associated with moving into a high-rise condominium on top of the unforeseen elevator issues and last minute scheduling hiccups, our move was still very smooth thanks to your team Every mover was friendly, courteous, speedy and very hard working! None of them complained about the extra time or effort it took { they left all the complaining to me!! :) } During an extremely stressful time for me when I felt nearly hopeless, Firefighting's Finest was able to make me feel at ease and give me a sense that everything was finally going to work out
Each mover deserves all the praise in the world for all the extra effort they put in that day with a smile on their faces
