I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:10/**/- spoke to Barbara, Bookkeeper at Heller's The shoes referenced in their response were a separate transaction They were delivered by *** and received by them on 10/**/17, and refund was made THESE ARE NOT THE SHOES/ORDER IN QUESTION! Yes, another company received the shoes Heller's was to receive, and Heller's received the shoes that the other company was to receive (I mixed up the shipping labels) The other company is sending Heller's shoes to them, and they should be received by Heller's today or tomorrow The issue is that the *** says they delivered a package to Heller's on 10/**/17, and Heller's says they never received them I called the *** *** post office and spoke to Mike, supervisor in training He says he has the 'geo-track-in' information that shows that the shoes have been delivered, and the scanner was done at the facility at that time(he says he will send me a copy of this via e-mail) He will also speak to his manager Relevant phone numbers: *** ###-###-#### Heller's - ###-###-####.

This is a repetition of the information previously sent!! Both *** tracking numbers are included in this response, and receipts for the items were included in the package The ORIGINAL package sent to Simons accidentally had been received by the store They subsequently sent the package to Heller's, which is where it was supposed to be Heller's SHOULD be in receipt of a total of packages (one of which has been accounted for via ***) The remaining *** packages are below:Shoes sent to Heller's via *** were delivered to this store 10/**/17, as documented via *** tracking and reporting Tracking number is *** *** *** *** *** *** Heller's denies receiving this package (Shoes mistakenly sent to Heller's - order information was in box)Shoes sent to Heller's via *** (from Simon's) were delivered to this store 10/**/ Order placed 9/**/ cost $ *** tracking number *** *** *** *** *** ** item not credited on credit card as of this date Order information was in the package. I am not understanding what possible additional information could be needed, since these packages were delivered to Heller's![Your Answer Here]
