If I could give this business ZERO stars, I would do it. I became a member here and paid $75 a month for the Infared spa, they said I could receive a free massage included in the membership every month. After a few months, I relocated out of the area and I could no longer utilize this spa. I called to cancel my membership and they advised me that they couldn't cancel my membership on the phone, I had to do it in person. I told them I had relocated out of the area and they didn't care. Their response was, "Sorry sir, it's our company policy". Begrudgingly, I drove all the way to this business location and cancelled my membership. I made sure to let the management know my feelings on this policy and cancelled my membership in person. Fast forward to present day, I am checking my credit card statements and noticed that I was still getting charged $30 a month. I was like WTF! I called them today to dispute this. First, I spoke with *** and she said they don't do refunds but that she would cancel my membership immediately. Interesting, how now, they can cancel over the phone. I asked to speak to a manager. After a short hold, I spoke with the manager *** and she said, what happened was that they cancelled my infared spa membership but not my massage membership. Really???? I didn't even sign up for a massage membership, I was supposed to be getting this for free because I signed up for Infared. So let me get this straight. I drove their in person as a major inconvenience to cancel my membership and I expressed my feelings about having to do that and I needed to cancel my membership and then they only cancelled my Infared membership? I wasn't aware of any other memberships. She refused to give me a refund so I asked to speak to the owner or franchisee and she gave me a number that immediately goes to voicemail with no identification that this is Massage Green Spa's corporate offices which is very unprofessional. I would never do business with Massage Green Spa again! If they offer you a membership, be aware of their practice and if you ever need to cancel, make sure you don't have to move anytime soon. Thanks for relaxing me. Their is no ZEN in their business practices.

My husband purchased a gift card for me at one of Massage Green Spa locations in Miami. I called the Pembroke Pines locations to redeem my gift card and was advised I am unable to redeem the gift card because the location where it was purchased is closed down. The gift card states can be used at any location. I spoke with two employees named Carrie and Michelle who both confirmed I cannot use it. They advised me to call corporate. I called and no one answers. You can only leave a voicemail at a random extension number. Michelle advises she is the manager and cannot honor the gift card. She was not at all helpful in fact she was demeaning and I do not want to do with business with this company. It is very unprofessional and poor customer service.
