This so called resolution is filled with either errors or mistakesThe facts are clouded by this attempt to reconstruct the situationI went to the business ONCEI never saw nor signed a contractI paid the required fee that day & leftMy daughter had been there before & did apparently get talked into signing something but was never given a copy in any formShe also never agreed to have my debit card charged for servicesI spoke to an employee at the business at lengthShe made it clear to me that its common practice to charge someone’s account just as they did here, simply because they have another credit or debit card number they kept on file without disclosing to anyone that they use this practice all the timeI am checking with the City to find if this is even legalIt is despicable to find a local business using these slimy practices to build the bottom line I asked for a copy of the contract that was NEVER given to my daughterI was told it would be emailedThat never happenedI was told the manager was out for the day but would call me the next morningI asked for the contract copy againSomeone did call my wife a few days laterWe never had the contract so will not discuss the matter with this absent managerThere is a reason the contract cant be foundI have protested the payment with my bank Regards, [redacted]
