I have attempted to cancel my membership due to the fact that the facility is not open. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and continue to take money out on my credit card I’ve even closed my credit card. The have managed to keep billing even though I’ve shut off the automatic billing. I’m very frustrated as they are not responsive at all and money keeps coming out for a membership that I can’t to use.

Please know I immediately reached out to her and processed a refund for her as well as offered her a waived future payment during this closure, and offered her my cell number and direct email should she wish to discuss further or if I can help in any way. This COVID-19 situation has brought much stress and challenges for all of us.Thank you again!
