I kept my membership with this company for 13 months. Due to financial hardships I called and asked what I needed to do to cancel my membership in Nov. 2016. I was told to come into the office and sign a form. I did as I was asked. My membership did not get cancelled even though I continued to get charged. I called to speak to the manager and I was told she was in a meeting and would call me back. She called back once, left a voicemail, and I tried to call her back. Several times I tried to call back to speak to her and I was always told she would call back. I went in for a massage to use my credits and I asked again about what I need to do to cancel and they said the manager has to call you and she can cancel and explain. I received the run around basically. The front desks staff kept telling me their procedure had changed and I would have to wait for them to call me. Again, I left several messages. I am responding to the complaint you received from *** *** of Rosharon I have a Katy *** who lives in Pearland that had a facial on Oct 26th 2014, and I am presuming this is the same person who wrote to youI have looked at the notes
placed by my manager and assistant manager and have the following to report The assistant manger followed our policy guidelines and instructed Ms*** that we require a signed cancellation form and days notice is required as per her membership agreement Subsequently, my manager refunded her $payment on December 19th, 2014, and canceled her programThis leads me to believe that my manager spoke with Ms***My manager is on vacation this week and I can verify this upon her returnOur policy is for only the management team to respond to cancellation requests in order for us to give the guest the correction information and to hopefully overcome any customer service issue they may have and keep their membershipIf you n*** any further information please do not hesitate to call meGillian R***

five and six If you don't call in and cancel after the contract have expired you will continue to billed membership dues after the term of the contract The customer service is horrible, and the manger can't be found I will never do business this this again

WORST customer service I have ever experienced, and I mean that with all of my heartI understand policy, but if it is not upheld, no responsibility is taken by this establishmentCustomer satisfaction is not a priority for this location, neither is going above and beyond what is simply standardGetting to speak with a manager is non existent and instead you are addressed with staff that are either unqualified or unwilling to make professional decisions I may be one out of other satisfied customers, but if one customer is unhappy, it should be a genuine consideration for this place of business, which it is notDon't be that next one
