On 4/9/I went to Massage Heights located at Kingwood Drive to obtain a facial peel I was informed that I would need four treatments Also, the cost would be double without a membershipI did not want a membership but agreed because I was told if I did not want it I could cancel it Well I found out after the first treatment that nothing peeled off my face, and I was charged for a facial that I never received and now I was in a monthly $per month membership I went back the next day and complained about the facial I never received and was credited the amount for thatI thought that was the end of all this until I received a phone call saying I had a facial waiting on my membershipWent back today 5/2/and was told to bad you can't cancel until the contract is up or you die, or you move away from any of our locationsI feel like I have been robbedPlus I never received a copy of this contract until todayAnd the woman was very rude

I did not want a membership but agreed because I was told if I did not want it I could cancel it. I went back the next day and complained about the facial I never received and was credited the amount for that. I thought that was the end of all this until I received a phone call saying I had a facial waiting on my membership. Went back today 5/2/16 and was told to bad you can't cancel until the contract is up or you die, or you move away from any of our locations. I feel like I have been robbed. Plus I never received a copy of this contract until today. And the woman was very rude.
