-----Original Message----- From: [redacted] Sent: Wednesday, November 19, 11:AM To: [redacted] Subject: massage maui and complaint # [redacted] class="">Aloha ***, I just spoke with ***, she said I have to leave my response in writing Basically this client stated that I did not offer what I claim to offer on my website If you look at my website, it offers one hour massage which is what she wanted She called and did not get though so she texted We dialoged via text a few times to accommodate her last minute request at the end of our work day I moved another client around and offered to come down myself in order to accommodate her It took a few texts because I tried to get one of my other therapists to do this first because I was having some heart problems I had an EKG that morning and revealed that to her via text later that day when she changed her mind and cancelled as I was driving down I told her that I set it all up for her and was even coming down despite not feeling well and was happy to accommodate her but she had decided she did not want the appointment after all I think it was because it took longer than she expected I responded with the text about my health after her cancellation and she retorted with another text stating that she was sorry I was sick but that I should be more professional or something to that effect and she kept texting me with this sort of dialogue I blocked her number so as to end the hostile dialogue she had begun All I was trying to do was give her a massage that we offer and she requested The rest, I can only surmise is because she did not get exactly what she wanted when she wanted it and was upset that I mentioned I was not feeling well We are massage therapists and we offer massage Her claim is utterly and completely false, we did and do offer massage and she declined from reasons I cannot know Please dismiss the outrageous claim Rarely do we get complaints and when we do we offer people their money back or some form of consolation Some clients are shocking in their behavior, a person running a business should not have to be harassed it they don’t perform quick enough at the end of work day when they are ill I erased her texts or I would submit them to you now, when I blocked her Respectfully, [redacted] [redacted]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: They will not admit their faultsWhen the company does, I will delete this commentI didn't get an apology either for the initial complaint eitherMost important, I am a Mister---not a m***, her, or sheThis company needs to work on their professionalism and realize when they are wrongI understand the services were on the website; however, maybe hours of operation or notes about their weird, individual hours should be listedI will forever be your complaint, until someone in the business gains some maturity!!
Sincerely,
*** ***

class="">Aloha [redacted],   I just spoke with [redacted], she said I have to leave my response in writing.  Basically this client stated that I did not offer what I claim to offer on my website.  If you look at my website, it offers one hour massage which is what she wanted.  She called and did not get though so she texted.  We dialoged via text a few times to accommodate her last minute request at the end of our work day.  I moved another client around and offered to come down myself in order to accommodate her.  It took a few texts because I tried to get one of my other therapists to do this first because I was having some heart problems.  I had an EKG that morning and revealed that to her via text later that day when she changed her mind and cancelled as I was driving down.  I told her that I set it all up for her and was even coming down despite not feeling well and was happy to accommodate her but she had decided she did not want the appointment after all.  I think it was because it took longer than she expected.  I responded with the text about my health after her cancellation and she retorted with another text stating that she was sorry I was sick but that I should be more professional or something to that effect and she kept texting me with this sort of dialogue.  I blocked her number so as to end the hostile dialogue she had begun.  All I was trying to do was give her a massage that we offer and she requested.  The rest, I can only surmise is because she did not get exactly what she wanted when she wanted it and was upset that I mentioned I was not feeling well.  We are massage therapists and we offer massage.  Her claim is utterly and completely false, we did and do offer massage and she declined from reasons I cannot know.  Please dismiss the outrageous claim.  Rarely do we get complaints and when we do we offer people their money back or some form of consolation.  Some clients are shocking in their behavior, a person running a business should not have to be harassed it they don’t perform quick enough at the end of work day when they are ill.  I erased her texts or I would submit them to you now, when I blocked her.     Respectfully, [redacted]   [redacted]
