Almost impossible to book appointment, double booked, very rude, can't get a refund Had to call multiple times over several weeks to get a return call to book an appointmentWhen I showed up for my massage, I found her office to be in a very dirty business parkShe was at least minutes lateShe also double booked and another customer was also waitingWhen I managed to get her on the phone she claimed someone with my first name left a message canceling her appointment, she assumed it was me and gave my appointment awayIt was not meI have only talked with her once before todayShe was very unapologetic about the issueThe other customer waiting had very similar complaints, neither of us felt very comfortable getting a massage there
